Technical Business Analyst – Manufacturing – Surrey (Hybrid)
I'm currently working alongside a leading UK manufacturing and supply‑chain organisation who are hiring for a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in modernising their systems.
They are undergoing a major digital transformation, and this is an opportunity to join a business that is heavily investing in digital platforms, automation and cloud‑native solutions.
Working at the heart of a multi‑site operation and partnering with stakeholders of all environments, you will analyse business processes, highlight improvement opportunities and translate technical needs into clear specifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate technical needs into clear specifications.
- Partner with stakeholders across all environments to support the digital transformation initiatives.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive SQL proficiency.
- Good understanding of programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Experience in systems thinking.
- Documentation tool experience – e. g., Confluence, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart.
- Exposure to the software development life cycle.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling.
