We have an amazing opportunity for an Online Marketing Manager to join a unique multi-brand business based in a vibrant office within Central London!

Working closely with Creative and Merchandising, the Online Marketing Manager will work to deliver a wide variety of Direct To Consumer campaigns. You will need to have a demonstrable track record within a similar role, and illustrate how you increased sales using the direct to consumer model. The ideal candidate will be from a retail background, with the ability to work autonomously. Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies.

The Direct To Consumer Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Growing the emailable database with commercially responsive prospects and converting them to shoppers.
  • Increasing repeat purchase rates from first time shoppers.
  • Understanding the commercial targets of the business and of various product areas and propose activity plans to reach commercial targets.
  • Constantly thinking about opportunities for the business to grow profitably through direct to consumer marketing channels.
  • Strong communication skills, planning and organising skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when necessary, while displaying good problem-solving skills to ensure improving levels of overall team performance.
