DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with leadership to drive HR strategy and operational excellence. Lead on compensation, salary benchmarking, and benefits management. Providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making. Manage Employee Relations cases. Enhance and implement HR systems and processes. Deliver actionable insights through HR data analysis. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, combining operational and strategic responsibilities. Strong expertise in UK employment legislation, compensation, and benefits management. Advanced skills in HRIS and data analytics, with the ability to influence decisions through insights.
