Trust Education is a thriving award-winning education recruitment organisation servicing schools in and around the Yorkshire and East Midlands region. Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our newly opened Chesterfield office based at Renishaw Hall & Gardens. This is a predominantly sales-focused recruitment role and is geared towards building business in the education recruitment sector.

Job Description

  • Organise visits with established clients to build and solidify relationships
  • Make prospective calls to non-using clients and arrange meetings
  • Ensure clients are aware of the latest candidate availability
  • Utilise platforms such as our bespoke CRM System, website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and job boards to source candidates and to post our latest vacancies
  • Participate in bespoke candidate recruitment campaigns and attend recruitment events to develop the candidate database
  • Source and interview candidates
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Service and fill all short, medium, and long-term bookings

Qualities & Skills Required

  • We are looking for a driven sales professional, who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to speak to individuals on a professional level
  • Experience of working within a sales, recruitment or education-based environment desirable but not essential
  • Target driven
  • Confident
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
