The Territory: This is a large, high-potential patch covering the entire South of England from Cornwall to Essex. Excellent territory management and a willingness to travel across these counties are essential.

The Role: We are seeking an ambitious, field-based Area Field Sales Manager to manage and grow our expansive South of England territory. This is a dynamic, consultative sales role where you will manage your own diary, cultivate long-term relationships, and introduce stylish eyewear collections alongside advanced vision technology to independent opticians, NHS clinics, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory & Diary Management: Effectively map out and plan your travel across the South of England to maximize client visits and hit monthly sales targets.
  • Business Development: Proactively prospect new accounts across the optical, NHS, and charity sectors, utilizing structured daily outbound calling to build a pipeline.
  • Product Presentation: Introduce new frame collections, active eyewear, and specialist magnification technology to clients.
  • Training & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to individuals and small clinical groups.
  • Pipeline Management: Use HubSpot CRM to diligently track leads, quotations, and customer interactions.

About You

We value drive, determination, and a proactive mindset above all else. While experience within the optical or medical device sector is a major advantage, we are highly interested in proven B2B sales talent from other industries who love premium brands and consultative selling.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a target-driven, field-based sales role.
  • Exceptional discipline to work autonomously and manage a large geographic patch (Cornwall to Essex).
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to present and deliver product training.
  • Comfortable making daily proactive cold calls to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Competency using a CRM (HubSpot experience is highly advantageous).
  • A full UK driving licence.
