Flamestar Ltd is a rapidly growing construction labour supply, recruitment and property maintenance contractor. We hold Constructionline Gold, CHAS, SafeContractor and SSIP accreditations and supply services to housing associations, local authorities and tier 1 and tier 2 contractors across London and the South East.

Opportunity

We have identified 20 target companies in the demolition and groundworks sector where we can deliver significant value.

Responsibilities

  • Visit active demolition and groundworks sites across West London daily
  • Speak to site managers, contracts managers and operations directors
  • Introduce Flamestar’s labour supply services and convert interest into contracts
  • Follow up relentlessly on every lead until you get a decision
  • Build relationships that become long term profitable contracts

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years B2B field sales experience
  • Confident, resilient and persistent personality
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred but not essential
  • Self motivated – you own your own pipeline and your own results
