The role is entirely office-based, handling a busy caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.The Role:Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityHandling files from instruction through to completionLiaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transactionsEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirementsThe Ideal Candidate:A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer with a strong background in residential property lawImmediate availability and able to commit for the full 2-month periodStrong technical knowledge with the ability to work independently in an office-based environmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsThis is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to step into a supportive and efficient team for a short-term role, offering competitive hourly rates and a straightforward, no-nonsense workload.
