Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts (2 day shifts: 6:00am - 6:00pm, 2 night shifts: 6:00pm - 6:00am)
About the Role: Our Louth site produces high-quality printed packaging and labels for well-known brands, using film manufactured in-house through our blown film extrusion process. We are now seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our Comexi 8- and 10-colour printing presses, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to optimum efficiency
- Maintain high standards while following established procedures
- Ensure all customer specifications and quality standards are met
- Work closely with the Print Assistant to maximise uptime and productivity
- Achieve and maintain KPI targets across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Cash on every shift
About You: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who brings:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a flexographic printing role
- Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
- Excellent attention to detail
- A calm, organised, and methodical approach to work
- Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) at Grade C/Level 4 or above
