Corpay is currently looking to hire a Strategy Manager IVP within our International Vehicle Payments (IVP) division. This position falls under our Payments line of business and is located in London, UK.
We are looking for an analytically strong, intellectually curious and commercially minded Strategy Manager to join the Strategy team. You will help shape strategic priorities, assess new market and product opportunities, build business cases, develop clear recommendations, and support the delivery of high-impact initiatives. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working across different markets and business models, and turning analysis into practical decisions.
Corpay is an S&P 500 payments company with a long track record of growth and an ambitious, fast-paced culture. This role provides the opportunity to work on some of the most important strategic questions facing Corpay’s international businesses, with significant exposure to senior executives and business leaders across multiple markets. The IVP Strategy team is responsible for strategy across a broad portfolio of Corpay’s international businesses, spanning vehicle payments, EV charging, commercial cards, AP automation and spend management.
You will report directly to the Strategy Director and collaborate regularly with the Chief Commercial Officer, IVP, the wider Strategy team and senior stakeholders across Corpay’s international businesses.

Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities of the role will include:
- Lead strategy projects, structuring problems, conducting analysis and developing actionable recommendations
- Partner with senior leaders to support growth strategy, strategic planning and key commercial initiatives across IVP
- Assess market, product, partnership and M&A opportunities, including sizing opportunities, building business cases and supporting the delivery of key strategic initiatives
- Develop insights on market trends and competitors, and translate these into clear strategic implications for Corpay
- Create concise, decision-oriented materials for senior leadership, including executive and Board-level presentations
- Build trusted relationships across a multi-country, multi-business environment and help drive alignment across functions
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, likely with 3-6 years’ relevant experience
- Strong analytical capability, including financial modelling and business case development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, executive-ready presentations
- Ability to manage varied projects simultaneously and work effectively with senior stakeholders
- High ownership, intellectual curiosity and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in payments, financial services or fintech is advantageous but not essential
