Location: Central LondonSalary: 65,000 – 70,000Hours: 4-day work week (3 doubles, 1 single), 8 AM – 11:30 PMRole: Head Chef

We are thrilled to partner with an exceptional restaurant in Mayfair to find a Head Chef with a passion for fine dining cuisine and leadership excellence. The restaurant prides itself on premium ingredients, a la carte and 5-course tasting menu.

As Head Chef, you will lead a team of 30 chefs and work directly on the pass with the Executive Chef. You will play a key role in menu execution, food quality, and maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

• Minimum of 1 Michelin-starred experience or 3 Rosettes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to lead by example and work closely with senior management
