Location: Central London
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000
Hours: 4-day work week (3 doubles, 1 single), 8 AM – 11:30 PM
Role: Head Chef

We are thrilled to partner with an exceptional restaurant in Mayfair to find a Head Chef with a passion for fine dining cuisine and leadership excellence. The restaurant prides itself on premium ingredients, a la carte and 5-course tasting menu.

Responsibilities:

– Lead a team of 30 chefs and work directly on the pass with the Executive Chef.
– Play a key role in menu execution, food quality, and maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

Minimum Requirements:

– Minimum of 1 Michelin-starred experience or 3 Rosettes.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
– Ability to lead by example and work closely with senior management.
