Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Hours: 4-day work week (3 doubles, 1 single), 8 AM - 11:30 PM
Role: Head Chef
We are thrilled to partner with an exceptional restaurant in Mayfair to find a Head Chef with a passion for fine dining cuisine and leadership excellence. The restaurant prides itself on premium ingredients, a la carte and 5-course tasting menu.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 30 chefs and work directly on the pass with the Executive Chef.
- Play a key role in menu execution, food quality, and maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 Michelin-starred experience or 3 Rosettes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to lead by example and work closely with senior management.
