About the role

Temporary Office Administrator - Immediate start available. Old Woking | £13.50-£15.00 per hour

We are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to join one of our clients in Old Woking for approximately 1-2 months. This is a varied administrative role involving reviewing engineers' reports, preparing quotations for follow-on work, updating records and liaising with engineers where further information is needed. Full training on the company's systems will be provided.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • CRM or Sage 50 experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
