Database and Office Administrator£28,000–£30,000 | Addlestone | Full-Time, Permanent

An established and growing company is looking for a Database and Office Administrator to join its team. This is a busy back-office role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, reports, and administration in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll be central to ensuring that inspection reports and records are accurate, well-maintained, and compliant, supporting the wider team by keeping internal processes running smoothly. While the role requires high attention to detail and a “head-down” approach, it also offers plenty of variety and pace.
Key Duties:
  • Input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Proofread and check reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Log and track queries, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain organised electronic and paper records
  • Support the wider team with documentation, compliance checks, and admin tasks
  • Assist with preparing management information and ad hoc reporting
Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel and database systems
  • Excellent written communication skills for checking and recording information
