We’re seeking someone with strong technical ability and a passion for high‑quality work, as well as someone who can deliver exceptional customer service. Your role will include:
- Servicing and repairing a wide range of central heating systems — solid fuel, gas, oil, and air/ground source
- Fault‑finding and resolving issues across boilers and heating systems
- Occasionally supporting with boiler replacements and full central heating installations
Required Qualifications:
- Gas Safe qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 G3 Unvented
Preferred Qualifications: (but not essential)
- OFTEC
- ASHP experience
- Renewables knowledge
If you don’t already have ASHP/GSHP qualifications, don’t worry – we will provide full training.
We are currently planning to trial an exciting new rota to support an improved work-life balance for our colleagues, as well as offering flexibility to our customers. As part of this trial, you will work condensed hours over four days (Tuesday to Friday - 37 hours per week), giving you a long weekend every week. You will also participate in our out of hours on-call rota, for which additional pay on top of base salary can be earned.
