At Connexus, we're committed to providing safe, high-quality homes for our customers. Our Repairs team plays a vital role in maintaining and preparing properties, ensuring they are ready for new tenants to move into.
The role of Carpenter Multi Skilled, within the Voids team, is to deliver Multi-Skilled Carpentry repairs and to carry out other relevant building maintenance works, as required. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and capability in Multi-Skilled Carpentry works. You will be capable of working independently but also as a key part of a team.
All work is planned and issued electronically; training will be given in this, but basic IT skills are a necessity. You must be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be based from home with occasional travel to our offices but, normally directly to site each day and covering all geographical areas of Connexus Housing.

- Participate in the repairs and maintenance out-of-hours emergency service when required and comply with the company’s agreed call-out operational procedures.
- Served an apprenticeship in Carpentry or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds or NVQ level 2 or 3 in Carpentry.
