How to prepare for a job interview at Connectment
✨Know Your Stuff
Make sure you brush up on your RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 inspections. Familiarise yourself with the reporting templates and be ready to discuss your previous experiences in detail. This shows that you’re not just qualified, but also genuinely engaged with the role.
✨Showcase Your Communication Skills
Since client communication is key after report issuance, prepare examples of how you've effectively communicated with clients in the past. Think about times when you had to explain complex information clearly and concisely – this will highlight your verbal skills.
✨Demonstrate Independence
As this role offers flexibility and autonomy, be prepared to discuss how you manage your workload independently. Share specific strategies or tools you use to stay organised and ensure deadlines are met without supervision.
✨Ask Insightful Questions
Prepare thoughtful questions about the consultancy's growth plans and how you can contribute. This not only shows your interest in the company but also gives you a chance to assess if it’s the right fit for you.
