We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support our operations teams across Northern Ireland. This role plays an important part in ensuring operational processes are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required time frames.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure data is recorded and updated in line with company standards.
  • Complete DSRs.
  • Support data checks and ensure consistency across systems.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections and compliance reporting.
  • Provide first-line administrative support to managers.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to support delivery of departmental objectives.

Experience

  • Essential:
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent or working towards.
  • 12 months previous administrative experience, ideally within a compliance or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks.
