A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) to join our client’s team across the Rotherham area on an initial 3–6 month rolling contract, with strong potential to move onto a long‑term contract shortly after.
The Role
You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects (RBI grade dependent).

- £50–£55 per hour
- Initial 3–6 month contract with strong extension likely to upgrade to 12 month rolling contract after initial period.
