We are newly working on a long-term contract opportunity for a Registered Building Inspector (L2F or above) to join a highly regarded client delivering Building Safety Regulator (BSR) projects, with the added benefit of retaining non-BSR work to ensure a varied workload.

This is a particularly strong contract setup with a client we already have multiple long-term contractors placed with, all of whom have provided consistently positive feedback. Notably, there has been no attrition since our first contractor started with the organisation approaching 12 months ago.

The Role:

  • Involvement in BSR projects under supervision, providing exposure towards L3H
  • Ability to retain non-BSR projects, ensuring a balanced and varied workload
  • Site attendance typically 1–2 days per week, with flexibility to adjust based on preference
  • Opportunity to increase working hours depending on workload availability

Key Details:

  • Rate: £550–£650 per day (Outside IR35)
  • Proven client with excellent contractor retention and positive working environment
  • Clear pathway to L3H exposure, with higher earning potential upon achieving this level (£700–£800 per day)
  • No set working hours, offering full flexibility around inspections and DTM commitments
  • Freedom to undertake additional contract work alongside this assignment
  • Potential to transition into permanent opportunities above market rates if preferred
  • Work alongside a highly experienced L3H team
