About the role

Community Gateway Association is seeking a People & Learning Administrator to maintain the LMS, organise training sessions and support onboarding.

The role also involves generating training reports and assisting the wider People Team with admin tasks.

We offer flexible hours (25–30 per week) and a supportive, values-driven environment with opportunities to develop in L&D and HR.

Hybrid working with a mix of office and home-based days is available.
