As our Marketing Executive (Demand Generation), you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our lead generation efforts and nurture prospects through the buyer's journey.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation & Brand Awareness: Play a vital role in shaping and implementing our content strategy. You'll engage in crafting and optimising blog posts, social media updates, and website copy to enhance our brand visibility and strengthen our online footprint.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Contribute to our efforts in boosting organic traffic across our websites. Your tasks will include conducting keyword research, refining on-page elements, and updating content to elevate our search rankings.
  • Paid Campaigns (PPC): Assist in strategizing, implementing, and managing our paid advertising initiatives (PPC). You'll monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimise advertisements to attract high-quality leads.
  • Social Media Management: Take the lead in the everyday management of our social media platforms. You'll design, schedule, and share captivating content that engages our audience, fosters our community, and aligns with our lead generation objectives.
  • Email Marketing: Support the crafting and execution of email marketing initiatives aimed at both potential and current customers. This will involve developing email templates, segmenting audiences, and analysing campaign results to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Operations & Administration: Aid in overseeing our digital marketing assets, which include websites, CRM systems, and marketing materials. You will assist in refreshing content, ensuring data integrity, and managing our marketing automation solutions.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist the Marketing Manager in collecting and evaluating data on campaign effectiveness (KPIs). You'll help compile comprehensive reports on our digital marketing activities, such as traffic, lead acquisition, and social media engagement.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with our internal teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are harmonized with our business objectives.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Digital Marketing Acumen: A good understanding of core marketing principles and channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Content Creation Skills: Experience or a strong interest in writing clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various platforms and creating creative campaign ideas.
  • Analytical Mindset: An ability to use data and analytics to measure the success of marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Hands-on Tool Experience: Some experience or familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
