The successful Oracle EPM Consultant will play a key role in the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of Oracle EPM solutions across the business. Key Responsibilities- Deliver and support Oracle EPM solutions across finance transformation initiatives
- Work closely with finance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations
- Participate in system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Drive process improvements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting functions
- Support integration activities and data management processes
- Collaborate within cross-functional project teams in an agile delivery environment
- 5+ years’ experience working with Oracle EPM technologies
- Experience with one or more Oracle EPM modules, including: FCCS, EPBCS / PBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting.
- Strong understanding of finance and performance management processes
- Experience working on large enterprise or transformation programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
