The successful Oracle EPM Consultant will play a key role in the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of Oracle EPM solutions across the business. The organisation is investing heavily in modernising its finance systems landscape, making this an exciting time to join. Key Responsibilities- Deliver and support Oracle EPM solutions across finance transformation initiatives
- Work closely with finance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations
- Participate in system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Drive process improvements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting functions
- Support integration activities and data management processes
- Collaborate within cross-functional project teams in an agile delivery environment
- 5+ years’ experience working with Oracle EPM technologies
- Experience with one or more Oracle EPM modules, including: FCCS, EPBCS / PBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting.
- Strong understanding of finance and performance management processes
- Experience working on large enterprise or transformation programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
