Are you an experienced Demand Planner with strong Anaplan expertise who wants to take real ownership of a company's demand planning process? This is an exciting opportunity to join an international FMCG business at a pivotal point in its planning transformation. Having invested in Anaplan as its demand planning platform, the business is now looking to simplify and maximise the system, improve forecasting capability and take its first real steps towards Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

You'll join a lean, high-performing planning team and have genuine scope to shape how demand planning works. This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain an existing process β€” you'll have the opportunity to challenge the status quo, improve the use of Anaplan and help build a more effective planning function.

You'll be hands-on with both the Anaplan system and the wider demand planning process, including:

  • Using Anaplan to extract, analyse and interpret data and produce clear, actionable reporting
  • Generating statistical forecasts and using data to assess forecast accuracy
  • Challenging forecasts and the wider demand plan when the data doesn't support the assumptions
  • Working closely with wider stakeholders to strengthen the planning process
  • Helping develop the business towards a genuine IBP process

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' Demand Planning experience, including experience in the UK market
  • Experience generating statistical forecasts using a planning system
  • FMCG experience is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and the confidence to challenge plans using data and insight

Additional Information:
