A high-growth organisation is seeking a motivated and adaptable FP&A Systems Analyst to join its Finance function. This role will act as the primary point of contact for finance systems queries and will play a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of the Anaplan platform, integrations with Databricks, and support of Power BI reporting. This position is well suited to someone with strong Anaplan Model Building experience, but looking to get well rounded systems exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and enhance Anaplan FP&A models, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Support system integrations between Anaplan, Databricks, and other enterprise platforms (e.g. EAM or operational systems).
- Design, develop, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions across Finance, Operations, and Trading.
- Lead end-to-end finance systems initiatives from requirements definition through to delivery.
- Act as the subject matter expert for finance systems and data flows, providing day-to-day support and issue resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple platforms.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to finance and operational users.
Required Skills
- 3+ years' Anaplan Model Building experience
- Comfortable working with large and complex datasets.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with SQL, Python, SEEQ, or enterprise asset management systems.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
