Codex are partnered with a leading firm looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join their new FP&A team, playing a critical role in driving performance and decision making across the business. As FP&A Manager, you’ll be central to their planning and forecasting processes, partnering with senior stakeholders across departments and supporting key strategic initiatives. You’ll also take ownership of their financial models in Anaplan, ensuring they have the tools to make data driven decisions in real-time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead key components of the budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning cycles
- Act as a trusted business partner to department heads across the group
- Support high-profile financial planning initiatives including refinancing and capital structure optimisation
- Deliver scenario planning, strategic business reviews, and ad hoc analysis
- Assist in month-end reporting and financial insights delivery
Anaplan Model Building & Financial Modelling
- Build, maintain and optimise Anaplan models for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting
- Convert complex Excel models into scalable Anaplan solutions
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to deliver insights across the business
Experience required
- ACA-qualified accountant (or equivalent) - non-negotiable
- Strong background in financial planning & analysis in a private equity-backed business
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder and advanced Excel financial modelling
- Demonstrated experience with group-level forecasting and reporting
