We have an exciting opportunity to join a global leading consumer goods company as their HR Financial Controller on a 3 month contract! My Client provides an excellent opportunity for experienced Financial Controllers to join a world class organisation, with 240 globally recognised brands across 160 countries!
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and executing all actions regarding staff costs planning
- Supporting business goals and decision making, contributing to evolution of the staff cost community, and driving local and global transformation strategies.
- Collaborating with HR to drive optimisation of workforce planning and resource allocation
- Liaising with HR Directors and Managers, working closely with the finance team to guarantee accurate data on staff costs to support the business.
Requirements:
- 5+ years Financial Controlling/FP&A Experience
- Experience in Workday Adaptive Planning or alternative planning software
- Experience in budgeting/forecasting staff costs within a large international company
