Finance Transformation / EPM Director - UK | Hybrid
We are supporting a leading UK consulting organisation with the appointment of a Director to help build and grow a Finance Transformation & EPM capability.
This is a senior practice-building opportunity combining business development, client delivery, team leadership and EPM strategy. You'll have significant ownership over the direction and growth of the capability.
The Role
- Build and grow a Finance Transformation / EPM consulting capability.
- Originate and win new consulting engagements, developing relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances across the EPM technology ecosystem.
- Shape go-to-market propositions across FP&A, Planning, Consolidation, Reporting and wider Finance Transformation.
- Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing consulting team.
- Lead complex client engagements while maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
- Take ownership of commercial performance, pipeline and long-term practice growth.
What We're Looking For
- Director / Senior Director level experience within Finance Transformation, EPM or CFO Advisory.
- Strong personal track record of winning and growing consulting work.
- Experience building or scaling a consulting practice, proposition or capability.
- Strong understanding of FP&A, Planning, Consolidation, Financial Close and/or Performance Management.
- Exposure to EPM technologies such as OneStream, CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Planful or similar.
- Strong people leadership and C-suite stakeholder experience.
- Commercial mindset with the ambition to build something from the ground up.
