About the Role As the EPM Director , and first hire into their new EPM practice you will grow to lead a team of experienced consultants within our New Ventures team, focusing on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). What You’ll Do Collaborate with commercial and new ventures leadership to expand accounts, develop new capabilities, and drive sales growth. Lead teams across the full System Development Lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Build scalable delivery models to support commercial, consulting, and strategic alliances teams. Grow, manage and mentor teams. Drive strategic conversations with finance leaders around FP&A/CPM/EPM solutions. What You’ll Bring 10+ years of management consulting experience, with strong leadership skills. Experience leading implementations for tools like Anaplan, Pigment, Planful, SAP, or Oracle ERP. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex business concepts to executives. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
