We are partnering with a leading consulting organisation to appoint an Associate Director within their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice, with a focus on OneStream. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced EPM professional to drive market growth, client engagement, and large-scale transformation delivery across the Private Sector.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the organisation’s OneStream EPM offering. This includes responsibility for Go-To-Market strategy, sales leadership, client relationship management, and programme delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while leading complex EPM transformation initiatives across industries such as Technology, Energy, Consumer, and Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market strategy and propositions for OneStream EPM solutions
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline, including opportunities exceeding £2M
- Establish and maintain senior client relationships across the Private Sector
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale EPM transformation programmes
- Ensure commercial success, balancing risk management and profitability
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture
Required Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience delivering OneStream EPM solutions
- Proven track record in selling and leading EPM / Analytics transformation programmes
- Strong experience in client relationship management at senior levels
- Demonstrated involvement in Go-To-Market strategy development and execution
- Commercial acumen, including exposure to revenue targets and business unit performance
- Deep understanding of EPM processes, including: Financial Consolidation and Close, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting, Management Reporting and Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery models
- Established network of client relationships within relevant industries
