Position Summary: At Canopy by MB, we are on a mission to help our customers in the UK and Ireland minimise waste and maximise value. We are excited to launch a new business unit, and we are looking for a Waste and Circularity Project Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of leading innovative projects focused on sustainability.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead waste and circularity initiatives from inception through implementation to review, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage project performance, including changes to scope, schedule, and costs, utilising effective reporting methods.
- Analyse waste and recycling data, delivering regular performance reports that track progress against Canopy KPIs.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for internal and external partners to foster a culture of sustainability and enhance waste management practices.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners, using your strong communication skills to ensure collaboration and success.

What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in waste management, sustainability, logistics, or supply chain, with a proven track record in project management.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and an aptitude for data management and reporting.
- Experience in managing client relationships in formal and informal arenas.
- A genuine passion for the environment, sustainability, and circular economy practices.
