This is a rare opportunity for a Head of Property Management to shape strategy, influence operational standards and build a high-performing team, rather than inherit an existing structure.
Operating from a hybrid base in Leatherhead (three days in the office and two from home), you will play a central role in delivering a modern, technology-led service that puts residents first.

The role As Head of Property Management, you will lead the development of the property management function, establishing the operational framework, service standards and leadership structure that will support continued growth.
Building, mentoring and developing a high-performing Property Management team.* Driving a proactive asset management approach that focuses on long-term property performance.* Overseeing service charge budgets, major works and financial governance.* Working closely with compliance colleagues to ensure adherence with the Building Safety Act 2022 and wider statutory requirements.* Building strong relationships with clients, leaseholders and key stakeholders while promoting a transparent service culture.
Skills and experience To be considered for this Head of Property Management position, you will demonstrate:* Working knowledge of UK residential block and estate management at a senior leadership level.* Working knowledge of MRI Qube or an equivalent enterprise property management system.* Strong commercial awareness, including service charge budgeting and major works delivery.* Competitive basic salary with performance-related bonus.* Hybrid working with three days in the Leatherhead office and two days working from home.* Private healthcare.* Stakeholder pension with salary sacrifice options.* Professional development and qualification sponsorship.* A genuine opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing business with clear long-term career progression.
