The role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you could be: * Providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs * Supporting children within the classroom and in small groups * Helping pupils to access learning and engage positively in school * Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development * Working closely with teachers and other school staff * Helping to create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment * Adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each child We have opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply to regular and longer-term placements.
