Location: Devizes, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £35k basic OTE £40k
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

CMD Recruitment is proud to be working with a fast-growing brand based in Devizes, with a strong and expanding presence both nationally and internationally. We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join their energetic and ambitious team.
About the RoleAs Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new retail partners who align with the brand's values and goals. You'll also work to re-engage dormant accounts, offering tailored support to help maximise sales and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Qualify new retail partner enquiries

Proactively seek new business opportunities through calls, visits, networking, and client entertainment

Onboard new customers in collaboration with area managers and senior project managers

Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand market reach

Manage and respond to daily trade enquiries

Guide prospective partners through the onboarding process with a consultative approach

Analyse event data for informed lead follow-up

Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with all leads, with a focus on high-priority prospects

Confident and outgoing, with excellent interpersonal skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management

Passionate about design and brand storytelling

Proactive and commercially minded, with a hands-on approach to sales

Experience in lead generation, cold calling, or professional networking

Possess a valid, full UK driving licence
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
