We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in residential property law to support fee earners in managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Opening and closing client files, including AML and compliance checks
  • Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries
  • Ordering searches and managing post-completion matters
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
