ABOUT THE COMPANY

Are you a Business Development specialist in the office design & build industry? Looking for the autonomy and opportunity to grow your own division? Operating for over 20 years, this business has built a solid client base, resulting in significant repeat business. After several successful years, they are looking to expand their client portfolio. They are seeking a driven Business Development professional with construction or fit-out experience to lead a new area of the business. This role offers complete autonomy to develop and generate new business opportunities for the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As this is a newly created position, my client is open to candidates with various levels of experience. Whether you are new to the construction/fit-out industry or have experience on-site and are looking for a change, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with potential clients. You will be expected to generate new business through marketing, cold outreach, and attending networking events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales/Business Development experience in Construction, Office Design & Build, or Fit-out and Refurbishment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A network of existing clients and contacts (desirable)
  • Ability to travel to central London and surrounding areas
