We are on the lookout for a Supervisor who will lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, deliver excellent customer service, support colleague development, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. This is a 40-hour contract. Candidates must be flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and maximise KPI performance.
- Deliver first-class customer service and support a professional and enjoyable store environment.
- Coach and train the sales team, encourage the use of staff training tools, and develop team skills to be the best version of themselves.
- Assist with managing operations, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily running.
- Adhere to company policies, Health and Safety guidelines, and security procedures.
- Act as an expert on CT product, customer service and selling skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail at Supervisor or Key Holder level is essential.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience in stock management, operations, and visual merchandising is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to prioritise customer service while achieving strong sales results.
- Experience with coaching and training individuals on KPI performance.
