We are seeking a skilled and experienced MET Technician to join our Accident Repair Centre team. As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components on damaged vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Removing and replacing damaged mechanical, electrical, and trim components
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in vehicle systems
  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Realigning wheels and suspension components
  • Repairing and replacing damaged wiring and electrical components
  • Removing and installing vehicle interior and exterior trim
  • Keeping the work area clean and tidy
  • Maintaining equipment and tools

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an MET Technician in an Accident Repair Centre or similar environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim systems and components
  • Experience using diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • A valid driving licence
