Our client is seeking to recruit a Private Client solicitor for an established and progressive firm in Berkshire with a long-standing reputation of offering quality service to its enviable client base. This opportunity has arisen due to expansion, and as a result of a sustained increase in new instructions.
As a solicitor in this department, you will be dealing with advising and drafting on such matters as the creation of wills, trusts and tax planning, construction of trusts, wills and charities, probate and the administration of trusts and estates and more. The ideal candidate will have experience post qualification in a range of private client matters; however, ongoing training and development is provided alongside the chance to work directly with partners on crucial matters, providing a great balance of interesting work and hands-on mentoring.
