Job Title: Corporate Partner
Salary: £250-400k
PQE Level: 8 PQE+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
We are partnering with a leading global law firm who are going through an exciting growth phase and are strategically looking to further invest in their market leading corporate practice. They benefit from a substantial global footprint which generates excellent cross referral and cross selling opportunities and have relationships across the FTSE350, large privately owned companies, private equity, banking/financial services and Fortune 500.
Corporate is a key service line within the firm and is firmly in expansion mode and is benefiting from high visibility and investment from the management team.
This opportunity either suits an ambitious Senior Associate who is looking for their first partner role or alternatively an existing partner who is looking for a more global and cohesive platform.
To be considered for this assignment, we are looking for the following:
- Expertise in public and/or private mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity
- Proven business developer and relationship builder
- Currently working for a US, Silver Circle, or top global firm
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic
