Job Description
We are strategically partnering with a fast-growing and highly profitable City law firm who are consistently growing at 15-20% per annum. This sustained investment and long-term thinking directly translate into significantly increased profits, with higher PEP than their competitors.
The firm has very low staff turnover and a supportive, highly collegiate culture. This environment has allowed them to bring in talented partners while developing internal talent and recruiting and retaining excellent associates. This ensures that partners have the right level of resources and are not drawn into non-partner work and the challenges that can bring.
They have a diverse client base consisting of international multinationals, large privately owned companies, and entrepreneurial businesses, and pride themselves on providing a partner-led personal service.
The firm is now at a critical stage in their growth journey, with the resources and commitment to bring in a number of partners.
The successful candidates will be existing partners with a ‘portable book of business’ looking for the right platform to develop this further, alongside tapping into the firm’s existing relationships and client base. They have also had success in recruiting senior associates with 9+ PQE who do not have a full portable client base but are on an upwards curve, with the ambition and drive to build this.
You must be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with London private practice experience at a US City London office of a strong regional or national firm, or London-based boutique, with a minimum of 9 years PQE.
