We are a leading recruitment agency seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to join our client's busy and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of their operations and play a vital role in their success. About the Role: As an Operations Administrator, you will be the backbone of the operation, providing essential support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing picking allocations, handling unpickable orders, organising transport, managing queries, generating reports, and general data entry. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can handle changing priorities and work at speed. Key Responsibilities: Daily picking allocations management. Handling unpickable orders and liaising with relevant departments. Confirming WMS transactions. Organising and quoting for dedicated transport. Updating traffic calendar and scanning delivery paperwork. Controlling and releasing ad-hoc receipts. Query management. Running inbound reports and flagging potential SLA breaches. Communicating with managers regarding issues. Resolving WMS issues. General data input. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Ad-hoc duties as required. Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Proficiency in Excel (report creation and data manipulation). Ability to use bespoke systems. Strong attention to detail and common sense approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong typing and data entry skills. Previous administrative experience. Effective phone etiquette. Desirable Skills Prior office experience. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, rotating weekly shifts: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
