Class 1 HGV Driver in Leeds

Please note this is a Night Shift Role Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday Shift | 48 Hours per Week | 5:00pm Start £42,382.08 + Night Premium Are you an experienced HGV Driver looking for a full-time opportunity with a market-leading healthcare distributor? We're looking for a professional and customer-focused LGV Driver to join our Transport team, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of essential healthcare products to customers across the region. What you'll be doing: * Completing multi-drop deliveries to customer sites * Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks * Ensuring compliance with driving hours and tachograph regulations * Collecting customer returns when required * Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and security * Accurately completing delivery documentation * Building strong relationships with customers through outstanding service * Following all health, safety and GDP requirements What we're looking for: * A valid LGV licence appropriate for the vehicle being driven * Previous multi-drop driving experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Good literacy and numeracy skills * Knowledge of route planning and transport compliance * A professional and reliable approach to work In return: * Competitive salary plus night shift premium * Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday shift working pattern * Permanent, full-time position * Opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation * Supportive team environment Please note that this role involves regular manual handling, including lifting and moving products
