As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint a graduate HR Operations Analyst to manage the administrative lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Your specific responsibilities as graduate HR Operations Analyst will include:
- Processing promotions, transfers, contract amendments and leavers, using HRIS
- Assisting with data cleansing and audit activities
- Liaising with external providers of background screening, benefits and payroll
As graduate HR Operations Analyst you will need:
- Prior exposure to HR administration an advantage
- Confident working with data and systems, such as Excel
