Inverness (Hybrid working available)Salary: £30,000 - £40,000Summary: Our client has an excellent career opportunity for a Client Advisor to join their Commercial Insurance Team based in Inverness with the option for hybrid working.
The purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional service to clients and quality support to Client Executive and specific duties include: Working closely with the Client Executive with responsibility for the day to day servicing of client accounts.
Ability to apply standard policy wording, extensions and limitations.
Has a general understanding of the underwriting, claims and broking processes.
Working to business operational standards, policy and processes.
Use client applications as defined by the business including invoicing and data quality.
Qualifications Cert CIIExperience/skills Excellent communication, administration and decision-making skills.
Sound technical knowledge of the insurance industry with reference to commercial insurance.
Confident in using Microsoft Suite.
Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards.
