We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to lead one of our well-established care homes in the Dunfermline area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong and visible leader to build upon existing successes, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future of a thriving service.
Contract:
- Up to £60,000
- Performance-related bonus opportunities of up to 40% of annual salary

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced Home Manager who leads from the front and understands what it takes to create a home where residents thrive, families feel confident, and colleagues feel supported. You'll be a visible and inspiring leader with a strong track record in elderly care - someone who takes pride in delivering high standards and building positive, engaged teams. You'll understand the importance of balancing exceptional care with strong operational performance and will be comfortable driving occupancy, quality, and continuous improvement.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience leading a successful elderly care home.
- A strong understanding of Care Inspectorate standards and what good looks like in practice.
- Experience within residential, nursing and/or dementia services.
- The ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets, occupancy, and overall home performance.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with residents, families, professionals, and the local community.
- A genuine passion for creating a positive culture where people feel valued, respected, and empowered.
- A nursing qualification and active NMC registration would be welcomed but are not essential.
