Carden Park Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning 5* Spa team as a Spa Duty Manager. We are seeking a motivated, detail-focused professional with a passion for delivering world-class guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming, hosting, and engaging with guests to deliver outstanding service during their stay
- Proactively managing and resolving guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring all spa areas are immaculate, well-presented, and fully operational at all times
- Supervising, motivating, and organising the team effectively during your shift
- Driving sales opportunities and promoting spa services and retail offerings
- Leading by example to maintain high standards of teamwork and performance
About You
- Previous experience in a spa supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service in line with company standards
- Confident in handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Solid knowledge and understanding of spa operations and the wider spa industry
Enjoy a full-time role of 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends. Salary £27,500- £29,000 Per Year Plus Extensive Benefits.
