About the role

We are capsule. group, a multi‑lens marketing house built across Communications, Consumer, Community and Creative. We connect brands with people through culturally relevant campaigns, earned influence, creator communities, IRL consumer moments, digital storytelling and commercially focused brand building.

Our work is built around the red thread: the strategic idea that every touchpoint should connect. From press and partnerships to creators, content, retail activations and live experiences, we build integrated campaigns designed to create visibility, conversation, relevance and measurable impact.

As Capsule Group continues to evolve, community is central to our next chapter. We are looking for a Senior Social & Community Manager who understands how modern brands are built: not through isolated channels, but through connected ecosystems of influence, content, experience and culture.

About the role:

At capsule. group, we do not believe social, influencer, events and partnerships should operate in silos. The strongest campaigns are connected. They move fluently between digital and physical spaces, turning brand moments into content, conversation, credibility and community.

As Senior Social & Community Manager, you will sit at the centre of this approach. This is a strategic and hands‑on role responsible for leading integrated social, influencer and community campaigns that bridge the physical and digital worlds.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated community and social strategies across beauty, wellness, lifestyle and aesthetics brands.
  • Create campaigns that connect influencer activity, social content, partnerships, earned media and live experiences into one cohesive customer journey.
  • Build communities rather than passive audiences, creating meaningful engagement across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Identify emerging cultural moments, social trends and consumer behaviours to keep clients ahead of the market.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of earned and paid influencer campaigns from briefing through to reporting.
  • Develop platform‑first campaign strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging channels.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs across influencer, social and community activity.

About you:

You are someone who naturally sees the bigger picture. Rather than viewing influencer marketing, events, social media and partnerships as separate disciplines, you understand how they work together to build modern brands. You are equally comfortable developing strategy, managing creators, presenting to clients and overseeing campaign delivery.

Essential experience and skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing or community management within an agency or brand environment.
  • Proven experience managing both earned and paid influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social‑first campaign development.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging social platforms.
  • Strong client management and presentation skills.

Success in this role:

In your first 12 months, you will have delivered integrated campaigns that connect social, influencer, partnerships, earned media and live experiences, strengthened Capsule Group’s reputation as an agency that builds culturally relevant, commercially impactful brand communities, and established trusted relationships with clients, creators and partners.
