Job Summary
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, initiating background checks and coordinating employment offers and all activities until onboarding. This position may support the Talent Acquisition Team and the HR Employee Relations Team.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist with integration project of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Schedule and track candidates throughout the hiring process in our applicant tracking system
- Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews
- Work closely with recruiting team to share new applicants and ensure follow-up with candidates
- Greet candidates and provide company information
- Participate in Job Fairs, Open Houses or other recruiting events
- Workflow applications and perform background checks on candidates
- Identify recruiting sources, assess new talent and develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent.
- Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensure service level goals are met.
- Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods.
- Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
- Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree preferred
- 6+ months in a similar role as a Recruiting Coordinator or Sourcer
Skills
- Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
- Proficient in an applicant tracking system, preferably Success Factors.
- Knows how to operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills
- Multi-task effectively- working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment
