Estate Agent Valuation Manager Purpose of Role:
- Value and take instructions on properties for sale
- Progressing Sales through to completion
- Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
- Ability to maintain a good working atmosphere
Key Requirements:
- Estate Agency Experience including proven track record in Valuations
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate, numerate and computer literate
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
- You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car
