Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 15:30

The Opportunity
Our client, a leading contractor within the Social Housing sector, is seeking an experienced Joiner to join their responsive maintenance team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking to secure a long-term position with a well-established organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out window repairs and maintenance
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining all aspects of fencing
- Repairing and replacing fascias and soffits as required
- Completing a variety of day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance works
- Working within both occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and residents
- Working outdoors and within all weather conditions
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Previous experience working within the Social Housing sector
- Proven experience in:
- Window maintenance and repairs
- All aspects of fencing
- Fascias and soffits
- General domestic joinery repairs and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
